Children's Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

APPS, MEMBERSHIPS & RECURRING SUBSCRIPTIONS

These Terms apply to digital applications, memberships, communities, programs, products and services owned, operated, offered or provided by Gwendolen Wilder and/or associated brands, including but not limited to:

Girls Trip to Peace™
Girls Trip to Biz Peace™
Facebook Biz Builder™
Build a Business with God™

These Terms also apply to current or future apps, membership portals, digital communities, AI-powered tools, courses, resources, content libraries, bonuses and other digital products or services offered under these brands unless separate terms are expressly provided at the time of purchase.

Subscription Plans

Certain apps and memberships may be offered through recurring subscription plans, including plans currently ranging from approximately $27 per month to $297 per year, or at another price clearly disclosed to you before purchase.

The exact price, billing frequency, benefits and access included with your particular subscription will be displayed on the applicable sales page, checkout page, app or payment screen at the time of purchase.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize us and/or our applicable payment processor or app marketplace to automatically charge your selected payment method according to the billing frequency you selected.

Automatic Renewal

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each applicable billing period until canceled.

For example:

A monthly subscription will continue billing monthly until canceled.

An annual subscription will continue billing annually until canceled.

You are responsible for canceling your subscription before your next renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for another billing period.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Cancellation does not generate a refund for amounts already paid or charged.

If your subscription was purchased through a third-party app marketplace, including the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancellation and subscription management may also be subject to that marketplace's applicable procedures and requirements.

NO REFUNDS — DIGITAL PRODUCTS, APPS & MEMBERSHIPS

ALL SALES FOR GIRLS TRIP TO PEACE™, GIRLS TRIP TO BIZ PEACE™, FACEBOOK BIZ BUILDER™, BUILD A BUSINESS WITH GOD™ AND ASSOCIATED DIGITAL APPS, MEMBERSHIPS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE EXCEPT WHERE A REFUND IS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW OR THE TERMS OF A THIRD-PARTY APP MARKETPLACE.

Because members may receive immediate access to digital content, proprietary frameworks, AI-powered tools, trainings, templates, prompts, resources, communities, bonuses and/or other intellectual property upon enrollment, we do not provide refunds or prorated refunds simply because you:

change your mind;
do not use the app or membership;
fail to log in;
do not complete the material;
do not attend live sessions;
do not use included bonuses;
do not achieve your desired business, personal or spiritual result;
forget to cancel before your renewal date; or
decide that the program, app, membership or content is no longer right for you.

Purchasing an annual subscription constitutes a purchase of the annual subscription period. Canceling during that period prevents the next annual renewal but does not create a prorated refund for unused months, except where otherwise required by law or applicable marketplace rules.

App Access

Your purchase provides a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access the app, membership and materials included with your subscription.

Your account is for your individual use only.

You may not share your login credentials, provide another person access through your account, copy or redistribute app content, reproduce our frameworks or prompts, resell our materials, scrape or extract our databases or content, reverse engineer our proprietary systems, or use our intellectual property to create competing products, programs, apps, AI tools or services.

All applicable copyrights, trademarks, proprietary methodologies, frameworks, prompts, training materials, names, graphics, content and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owner.

AI-POWERED FEATURES

Some of our apps and services may contain artificial intelligence or AI-assisted features.

AI-generated or AI-assisted responses are provided for educational, informational, brainstorming and organizational purposes and may occasionally contain incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or inappropriate information.

You remain responsible for reviewing, verifying and deciding whether and how to use any AI-generated output.

AI-generated information does not constitute legal, medical, mental-health, accounting, tax, financial or other licensed professional advice.

When an app provides business strategies, content suggestions, research findings, Bible-related information, Scripture connections or other recommendations, you remain responsible for independently evaluating that information before relying upon, publishing or implementing it.

CHRISTIAN & FAITH-BASED CONTENT

Girls Trip to Peace™, Girls Trip to Biz Peace™, Facebook Biz Builder™, Build a Business with God™ and certain related programs, products and services may contain Christian teachings, Bible studies, prayers, Scripture, spiritual reflections and faith-based business education.

This content is provided for educational and faith-based purposes and reflects the Christian perspective of Gwendolen Wilder and the applicable program.

Participation does not establish a pastor-parishioner, clergy-counselee, therapist-client, attorney-client, physician-patient or other licensed professional relationship.

Nothing provided through an app, AI tool, Bible study, community, program or service should be interpreted as a guarantee that God will produce a particular spiritual, personal, relational, business or financial outcome.

Users remain responsible for prayerfully studying Scripture, exercising personal discernment and making their own decisions.

BUSINESS & RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Our business-related apps, programs and memberships provide educational information, tools, strategies, templates, frameworks and resources.

We do not guarantee leads, clients, sales, revenue, profitability, social-media reach, audience growth, media exposure, business growth or any other specific result.

Examples of Gwendolen Wilder's results or the experiences and testimonials of clients, members or students are provided for illustration and do not represent a promise or guarantee that another person will achieve the same or similar results.

Your results depend upon numerous factors, including your decisions, actions, experience, market, offer, implementation, consistency and circumstances.

THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS & TECHNOLOGY

Our apps, memberships and services may depend upon or integrate with third-party technology and services, including hosting providers, AI providers, payment processors, email platforms, social-media platforms, app marketplaces and other technology providers.

We do not control these third-party services and cannot guarantee that they will always remain available, uninterrupted or unchanged.

Features may occasionally be modified, replaced, suspended or discontinued because of technology changes, third-party requirements, security considerations, legal requirements or improvements to the applicable app or service.

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing an app, clicking a button indicating agreement, or continuing to use Girls Trip to Peace™, Girls Trip to Biz Peace™, Facebook Biz Builder™, Build a Business with God™ or another covered digital product or service, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review and agree to the applicable Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Subscription and Cancellation Terms and No-Refund Policy.

We do not collect any information from anyone under 18 years of age in compliance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation of the EU). Our Website and its content is directed to individuals who are at least 18 years old or older.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter our Website, its content and this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of any of information obtained through or on the Website or its content following the posting of changes and/or modifications constituted acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. Should there be a material change to our Privacy Policy, we will contact you via email or by a prominent note on our Website.

Data Controller and Processors

We are the data controllers as we are collecting and using your Personal Data. We use trusted third parties as our data processors for technical and organizational purposes, including for payments and email marketing. We use reasonable efforts to make sure our data processors are GDPR- compliant.
